Returns Policy Ratbarrier

We will accept returns providing the valves have not been inserted into sewer pipes this is to prevent spread of disease and we would appreciate the return of the original packaging.
We accept return of faulty/substituted/unsuitable for purpose goods and will refund the cost and pay the return carriage on same via our chosen carrier (customer must contact us for details of how we wish the goods returned). This does not include the cost of returning goods where the customer has changed their mind, in this case the customer must return the goods to us at their own cost within 14 days or receipt.
